Zak and his team are top-notch agents in the area and really understand the local markets. They are very professional, genuinely personable and have great communication throughout the home selling process. Mila did an amazing job staging our home and the photos were equally amazing as well. We came on the market towards end of April 2025 when the housing market seemed like it was in a stand-still mode with economic uncertainty and high mortgage rates. Even though we were in a really tough market, Zak was able to market our home well and attracted a lot of interest and steady foot traffic during open houses and private showings. He has great networking skills and has connections with buyers from all over the place. We ended up getting an offer from Zak's prior clients (he represented them as buyers previously). Even though he was representing both of us (seller and buyer), he was able to work/negotiate with both sides and come to a mutually satisfying deal. Zak is a rock star at his craft and able to manage multiple listings at the same time. Not sure how he does it with 2 kids and an active family life, but he does. To top it off, his commission seems too low compared to other agents in the area for all the high-quality services you get from them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the real deal team with proven results and no gimmick!
