Zak and Mila were amazing. As first time sellers, we were unaware of the process and needed someone who was an expert at selling in our community. Our first meeting with Zak put us at ease. He was a thorough professional and we had no doubt that he would be the best person to help us sell our home. Mila is extremely helpful and friendly. She was very quick and efficient in researching rental homes for us so that we could move out and sell our home at our own pace. The whole team, especially Mila, did a fantastic job in showcasing our home - taking care of small fixes and staging it beautifully. Zak arranged for an open house the same weekend that we were officially listed. He marketed it so well that we were able to accept an offer within four days of listing at our asking price. We are so glad that we decided to work with Zak and Mila and highly recommend them . They have the entire process covered and working with them was a breeze.
